Scope of duties
· An exciting, research-oriented work environment in the Immunopharmacology Research Group (led by Prof. Dr. Sebastian Kobold)

· Focus: Immunotherapy for cancer
· Participation in externally funded research projects
· Current research priorities in the field of cellular therapies
· Independent planning and execution of scientific experiments
· Regular processing and analysis of patient samples
· Organization and coordination of laboratory procedures
· Ordering and management of reagents and consumables
· Breeding and management of mouse strains
· Documentation and management of patient samples
· Methodological training and supervision of medical doctoral students
· Collaboration on the further development and optimization of established laboratory and research methods
· Methods used: Cell culture, molecular biology methods, microscopy, real-time PCR, ELISA, flow cytometry (FACS), animal experimentation with mice, in particular: genotyping, establishment and management of tumor models, isolation and processing of spleen and bone marrow cells
Our requirements
· Completed training as a BTA/MTLA/CTA/PTA or equivalent qualification.
· Willingness to perform animal experiments with mice
· Ideally, experience with molecular biology or immunology techniques.
· Ability to work independently, reliably, and meticulously, with a team-oriented approach.
· Very good command of German and English; the language of the lab is exclusively English
